Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data EVENSYS collects through evensys.dev, why, and your rights. We collect as little as possible and never sell your data.

When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email, optional company, service of interest, and message you provide. For spam protection, Cloudflare Turnstile processes a verification token and technical data such as your IP address.

We use this data only to read and respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering messages you send us, and taking steps at your request prior to any engagement.

Your message is read by EVENSYS. We rely on two processors: Mailjet (Sinch) to deliver the email, and Cloudflare (hosting and Turnstile anti-spam). They process the data only on our instructions. If you consent to analytics, Google also processes usage data through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.

Hosting, email delivery, and — with your consent — analytics may involve providers located outside the EU (e.g. Cloudflare, Mailjet, Google). Where that is the case, transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep contact messages only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and no longer than 24 months, after which they are deleted.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, or portability of your data at contact@evensys.dev. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority (in France, the CNIL — cnil.fr).

By default we use only essential storage: your theme and language preferences, kept in your browser's local storage (these never leave your device), and a strictly necessary Cloudflare Turnstile token to prevent abuse.

With your consent, we also load Google Tag Manager and the analytics it manages (such as Google Analytics) to measure audience and improve the site. These analytics cookies are disabled until you opt in — we use Google Consent Mode, which defaults to denied. You choose in the banner shown on your first visit, and can change or withdraw consent at any time via Cookie settings in the footer.
