Cloud accounts, domains, registries, repositories: opened under your organization from day one. Nothing to migrate later, because nothing was ever ours.

Self-hosting is not a philosophy here, it is the default topology. Your data crosses a network boundary only when you decide it should.

Private AI that is actually private.

Most “private” AI still sends every prompt to someone else’s API. Ours doesn’t. We deploy the full stack on servers you control, then operate it: patched, monitored, and fast.

Everything runs in Docker Compose: reproducible on a workstation, a rack, or a cloud VM — and easy to take with you.

    A conversation, then a short written brief: goals, constraints, what exists today. Useful even if you stop here.

  2. Architecture

    A concrete proposal — topology, stack, security model, timeline, price — reviewed with you line by line.

  3. Build

    Short iterations, with working software in your repos from the first weeks. Pipelines from day one, demos over slideware.

  4. Operate

    Monitoring, upgrades, backups, and a human on call. Or we train your team and hand over the pager.
