We build the stack. You keep the keys.
EVENSYS designs, builds, and runs production software: web and mobile apps, Kubernetes platforms, and private AI that never leaves your network. Then we hand over the code, the pipelines, and the runbooks. It all works without us.

Services
Four practices. One team.
The whole chain from interface to infrastructure, without stitching together an agency, a DevOps contractor, and an AI vendor.
Web & mobile development
Product engineering end to end: web apps, PWAs, and native mobile, production-grade from the first commit and maintained long after launch.
Cloud & Kubernetes
Clusters designed, provisioned, hardened, and operated — on your cloud account, your bare metal, or both. Every line of configuration lives in your repos.
Self-hosted & private AI
Language models served on hardware you control, with team chat, retrieval over your documents, and automation. Prompts, data, and weights stay inside your network.
Consulting & architecture
A senior engineer’s judgment without the full-time hire: audits, architecture reviews, cost and reliability work. Always concluded in writing.
Why EVENSYS
Built so you could leave.
Every engagement is designed around one test: if EVENSYS disappeared tomorrow, could your team keep shipping? We structure ownership, access, and documentation so the answer is yes. Most clients stay anyway.
Everything in your name
Cloud accounts, domains, registries, repositories: opened under your organization from day one. Nothing to migrate later, because nothing was ever ours.
The same engineers, end to end
The people who design your platform build it, and the people who build it carry the pager. No handoffs between an agency, a contractor, and an ops vendor.
Private by architecture
Self-hosting is not a philosophy here, it is the default topology. Your data crosses a network boundary only when you decide it should.
Everything in writing
Architecture decisions, runbooks, incident notes. If it matters, it becomes a document you keep — not a memory in a consultant’s head.
Self-hosted AI
Private AI that is actually private.
Most “private” AI still sends every prompt to someone else’s API. Ours doesn’t. We deploy the full stack on servers you control, then operate it: patched, monitored, and fast.
Everything runs in Docker Compose: reproducible on a workstation, a rack, or a cloud VM — and easy to take with you.
| Ollama / llama.cpp | serves open models on your GPUs |

| LiteLLM | one gateway: keys, quotas, usage logs |
| Open WebUI | chat for the whole team, RAG included |
| n8n | automation wired into your systems |
How we work
How an engagement runs.
-
Discovery
A conversation, then a short written brief: goals, constraints, what exists today. Useful even if you stop here.
-
Architecture
A concrete proposal — topology, stack, security model, timeline, price — reviewed with you line by line.
-
Build
Short iterations, with working software in your repos from the first weeks. Pipelines from day one, demos over slideware.
-
Operate
Monitoring, upgrades, backups, and a human on call. Or we train your team and hand over the pager.
Tell us what you’re running.
Three sentences are plenty. Every message is read by an engineer, who answers it personally.
