EVENSYS designs, builds, and operates software for organizations that want to own what they run. The engineers who architect your system are the ones who build it — and the ones on call when it misbehaves.
Why we exist
Most teams get offered a false choice: hand your data and your roadmap to a platform vendor, or build an in-house platform team you can’t yet justify. We exist for the ground in between — serious infrastructure and AI, run by professionals, owned by you.
That shapes how we work. Architecture decisions are made by the people who will live with them at 3 a.m. Everything we deploy for a client is something we also run for ourselves. And every engagement is set up so you could leave us without a lawyer or a rewrite.
Everything is containerized and reproducible: Docker Compose, infrastructure as code, versioned and monitored. Nothing is installed by hand, so nothing depends on the person who installed it.
Scoped and time-boxed, from a one-week audit to ongoing build-and-operate. Written deliverables and runbooks are part of the price, not an add-on.

Privacy is an architecture decision, not a policy page. Default-deny networks, minimal data, self-hosted by design.
